A bit about "local"

Who we kiddin' here with imports from Europe??
Well, they just don't make it all here... yet.

We're comfortable having "local" apply to the west coast or NW region for beer & wine, and as our bonds within the spirit industry and neighborhood distillers/brewers/vintners expand we hope to narrow our scope of source.
Public interest & outright insistence may create a "new market demand" for some comparable local product.
